• Created a form to accept leads.

• Zap looks for the lead in the Google Sheets CRM. If it's not found, the Zap logs the lead's information into the CRM.

• AI reads the lead's message to automate a response.

• Draft email is saved in Gmail within seconds to respond to the lead.
